Led by Tumie Ngakane
Tumie will lead you through this four-day course developing striking skills and physical fitness. You will acquire and develop movement skills, learn to communicate, collaborate and compete by selecting & applying skills & tactics. You will learn how to evaluate, recognise and improve your performance and gain & review an understanding of fitness and health.
Each day you will play a different sporting activity: net & wall games; striking and fielding games; evasion games and running & co-operative games.
Each day will see you challenged in five areas, speed, agility, power, anaerobic endurance & endurance and will conclude with teams competing in a fitness and health quiz
